The structure exhibits a longitudinal extension, offering a section measuring exactly 40.9 meters. The planned structure exemplifies a rectangular shape, with the volume drawn elegantly on the last three levels.

The architectural development of the building’s facade is present on its three sides, while the western part has a brick enclosure. The southern facade
is defined by the prominent street “Kongresi i Lushnje”. Towards the north, a pleasant recreational and productive space is foreseen for the residents of this residential building. On the east side, a pedestrian walkway leads to the north side, serving as the entrance to the apartments.
