The planned work involves the creation of a mosque, an edifice of spiritual significance, characterized by a verticality that encompasses two elevated levels and a subterranean level. Situated atop the el evated terrain of the valued city of Librazhd, this structure commands a

prominent position, offering panoramic views from every vantage point.

The design embodies the essence of traditional Islamic architecture, show-casing a functional distribution that maximizes efficiency. The vertical circulation between the different levels is achieved through the integration of two strategically placed stairwells, elegantly connecting the first floor to the basement. Regarding the outdoor area, a highly functional external system has been carefully devised to provide easy access to both levels.

Pedestrian access to this facility can be achieved via a north-facing staircase.

The primary area shall function as a sacred space, traditionally boasting the most expansive surface. The space boasts a maximum occupancy of 133 individuals. Within the architectural composition, one can identify the presence of distinct spatial elements, namely the mihrab and mimber.
