The villa project in Elbasan was completed for a client who is a mathematics professor and who came to the table with very specific ideas for his ideal home. He explains that “l want two cuboidal volumes that overlap one another” . This was also the main concept of this villa for us.

Additionally, the kitchen seamlessly integrates with the inner courtyard, allowing for a harmonious connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The second level of this exquisite establishment boasts a meticulously designed layout, featuring three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each graciously accompanied by its own private lavatory. The strategic repositioning of two cuboid volumes has resulted in the exquisite transformation of the second floor into a captivating veranda, destined to be a cherished sanctuary for the esteemed residents of the abode.
