This project is about a family’s summer home on Preveza’s west coast in Greece. The house is made up of two parts: an above-ground main volume and an underground level. There is an open living room with a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a relatively large room that will serve as a master bedroom with a dedicated toilet and an open wardrobe. Other bedrooms in the basement have been designed for friends and children.

White surfaces the interior, while clean white plastering and anthracite window details distinguish the exterior. A large swimming pool opens onto the villa’s main view on the beach side, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the garden overlooking the spectacular sea view.
