ETRIO STUDIO L.t.d was created in 2019 and is registered in Albania as multidisciplinary design studio with a holistic approach and a human focus.

Our work begins with the de mands of our clients and strong communication. We are proud of our exceptional teamwork and aspire to be a reliable and solution-oriented partner.

Long-term development strategic and urban innovative housing are among our main capabilities. Because of our considerable experience in urban areas, landscape design, campuses, and residential and commercial locations, we are a favored provider.

We work worldwide and across Albania, and have been assisting in the transformation of existing urban settings, places, and residences – as well as the development of new ones – for over 4 years. We provide guidance at all scales and phases, constantly concentrating on the meeting of people and the re lationship between particulars and the overall project.

Research and development are essential components of our unique approach. As a result, we are able to design socially meaningful and future-proof architecture that promotes development and provides long-term value to clients, users, and society.

We are a strong interdisciplinary team organized across three development departments that collaborate closely to create future-oriented solutions to today’s tough issues on a constant basis.

We design long-term solu tions that enhance social, emotional, and physical well-being, based on the WHO definition of health and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, namely Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being Objective 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
